9. How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:
- USA: 5-7 business days
- Canada: 7-10 business days
- Europe: 7-12 business days
- Rest of the World: 10-15 business days
Processing time is 1-3 business days before shipping. Some international shipments may experience delays due to customs processing.
10. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees depend on your location. Standard rates:
- US Orders: Free shipping on orders over $75
- International Orders: Rates calculated at checkout

11. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the link provided. If you didn’t receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at support@virtuevines.com.
12. Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which vary by country. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
✔ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
✔ Sale items, underwear, and gift cards are final sale.
✔ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
